However, one giant in the world of cosmetic surgery is now offering UK perfectionists the chance to get the op of their dreams and enjoy an interest free loan option to make the procedure more affordable. The offer comes from Transform, and is the latest in a string of offers designed to entice consumers, with loyalty cards, two for one offers, and holiday vouchers being offered in the past.

According to officials from Transform this makes it safer and more affordable for consumers to get the op that they want, as it means that they won’t have to go abroad to get the treatment that they want, ensuring that they receive the post operative care that they need.

The offer from Transform enables consumers to borrow up to £10,000 for surgery, and then to repay the money on an interest free basis over a twelve month period. With most procedures costing between four and five thousand pounds, those opting for this loan will be paying around five hundred pounds a month in repayments in order to clear the loan within the twelve month interest free period on offer.

One spokesperson from Transform stated: "We wanted to offer an alternative to using credit cards to pay for operations. It's ideal from the patient's point of view. They get the surgery of their choice, without the extra cost of interest. We're all used to having available credit facilities, and our intention is to make it affordable. Most of our procedures cost between £4,000 and £5,000, but we can go up to about £10,000 subject to the credit of the applicant."
